I am Islay Robinson, CEO and Founder of Enness Global. I founded Enness in 2007 and remain personally involved in large, international and complex financing cases.
I work alongside the Enness team and clients’ existing advisers. My focus is understanding the circumstances, assessing the structure and lender options, and managing the practical decisions that affect completion.

European mortgages and finance
Borrowing for property in European markets, including France, Monaco, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland. I focus on coordinating the borrower’s circumstances, lender requirements and the work of local legal and tax advisers.
Bridging and specialist short-term lending
Short-term property finance with a specific purpose and a credible repayment plan. I assess the total cost, the security and what could prevent the planned exit before considering a lender.
